- How does the online artistic supervision work on Shaari Music?
No matter where you live, you can easily set up online supervision sessions with Shaari Music supervisors to reach your musical & career goals. The personal online supervision sessions will be held between you and your desired artist via Skype or Zoom. In addition you will also be provided with all the needed material such as recordings from your supervisor and you will also have the possibility to send back your work for a better progress.
For the payment you will receive the invoice by e-mail and you can pay for your classes via credit card, PayPal or by transfering the money to our bank account (for costumers in the EU). After the payment you will receive a doodle link to set up your appointments. The doodle link allows you to select a suitable time for your each of your booked lessons.
- is it possible to have regular artistic supervision sessions at a steady time and day?
Yes! Please inform your supervisor about it and you can set up a steady session time with him/her. This is either possible on a weekly, 14-days or monthly basis. In this case your supervisor will reserve this time for you and all you need is to pay periodically for 4 supervision sessions in advance.
- Is it possible to participate on Shaari Music's artistic supervisions at any musical level?
Basically there is no general minimum level necessary. Although a basic musical Knowledge and understanding would be helpful. Your supervisor will set up a free guidance session with you to get to know you better before starting your classes. This helps both of you to get a better feeling about your goals and the collaboration. Of course you can send audio and video material in advance to your supervisor to help him/her get to know you better.
- Are any special technical requirements necessary for having an artistic supervision on Shaari Music?
Basically you just need a laptop or a smart phone to get connected to your supervisor. The session will be held either on Skype or Zoom. Depending on your supervision type there might be other technical details to consider, which will be told to you by your supervisor.
- What are the possible payment methods?
You can pay for your classes either via credit cards or via PayPal. There is also the opportunity to pay via your bank acount if you live in the EU.
- Can I cancel or postpone my booked sessions on Shaari Music?
You can cancel or postpone your classes until one week prior your class time at no charge. In this case your credit remains on your account and you can rebook new classes with your remaining credit. If you cancel or postpone your booked class until 48 hours prior your class Shaari Music will refund 80% of the payed amount and you can rebook new classes with your remaining credit. Unfortunately there is no possibility for a refund if you cancel your class within the last 48 hours prior your class.
- What should I do in case of technical issues?
Please contact us in this case immediately. If the technical issue was caused by your supervisors server, your supervision unit will be refunded.
- What should I do if I don't make it for a session punctual?
Your supervisor will wait for you (if you haven't cancelled your class in advance) during your whole class time, although your class time can not be extended.
